Pilates

We have a small, friendly, relaxed Pilates Studio which welcomes all levels from beginner to advanced.  Pilates improves strength, flexibility, muscle tone, balance, posture and alignment.

Our Pilates teachers are able to work closely with Kevin Bell, the Osteopath, to provide bespoke rehabilitation exercise programs. They have extensive experience teaching clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, including spinal and joint conditions and injuries and hypermobility. They also have many fit, healthy clients who want to get more toned, flexible and stronger or who are looking to improve their sporting performance.

We offer:

  • Private individual sessions with one teacher to one client (you will be the only client and teacher in the studio)
  • Two person class where one teacher works with two clients.

We can also provide group matwork classes in your workplace, by arrangement.
